This beer is brewed in celebration of the thaw; brewed with maple syrup and candy cap mushrooms. A base of sweet caramel and toffee flavors are layered with notes of maple syrup, figs, and spice. It spends 18 Months in a combo of Rum and Bourbon Barrels, creating extra layers of complexity, depth, and intrigue.
