Step into our rustic 1885 Victorian Farmhouse-turned-Brewpub, furnished with a full bar, covered patio, and spacious dining room adjacent to our original brewhouse. Our menu features classics - like our famous Tavern Burger, Mac n' Cheese, and Fish & Chips to name a few! - and creative fusion dishes - like Street Corn Tacos or Steak & Cheese Eggrolls - and a selection of specials that debut weekly at 5pm on Fridays including Chef's Cut Steaks, Prime Rib, and other pub favorites. The modern yet rustic Hobbs Tavern & Brewing Company opened in 2014 after a full renovation of our 1885 Victorian farmhouse built by O.P. Hobbs. The Hobbs family's history dates back to the American Revolution, with General Stark famously writing to Nathaniel Hobbs, "Live Free or Die; Death is not the worst of evils," inspiring New Hampshire's state motto; you'll find this nod to the Hobbs family proudly displayed above our Tavern bar.
