The Whimsical Forest Dinner

We’re celebrating New Hampshire Craft Beer Week and the Whimsical Forest theme with an enchanted five course dinner with beer pairings!
Enjoy a full service, family-style meal complete with beers to pair with each course for just $59.
MENU
Course 1 – Foraging Board pairs with Black Sheep Pilsner
A rustic spread inspired by early spring foraging. Ramps, fiddleheads, pickled red onions, roasted wild mushrooms, and herb‑whipped sour cream served with toasted beer bread.
Course 2 – Blueberry Fennel Salad pairs with Brewer’s Blend Wild Ale
Shaved fennel, fresh arugula, pickled blueberries, goat cheese, and a spruce‑honey vinaigrette
Course 3 – Elven Hearth Bread pairs with Dunkel Lager
Rustic Tavern-style artisan bread made with Hobbs beer, served with whipped ramp butter and a touch of black lava salt
Course 4 – Porchetta with Rosemary Gnocchi pairs with Happy Camper West Coast IPA
Slow‑roasted porchetta seasoned with garlic, fennel, and herbs, served over rosemary‑infused gnocchi with a light pan jus
Course 5 – Birch and Blackberry Porter Cake pairs with Lodge Life Baltic Porter
Rich chocolate cake with blackberry compote, birch syrup, and cocoa soil
